The hotel had a 'major water system' renovation completed recently, and now when you go to adjust the temperature of the shower, it takes 45 seconds to a minute for the temperature to change. The front desk didn't explain this when we checked in, and we ended up having to wash our hair in the sink because the front desk personnel couldn't get the water to an acceptable temperature at 6:30am when we were getting ready for our day of excursions. Later that evening, it took "engineering" personnel to explain the unique way to get the temperature accurate in the shower before we could take a shower. Bumpy start to our week, but we got past it. Overall, I would give the RCL a "below average" value rating. For what we experienced, $650 / night was definitely way too much for this property. Location-wise, there are 10 other properties closer to the down-town area that we wished we would have selected.

The home was absolutely stunning, the pictures don't do the home justice. Even more beautiful in person. Every one of our wedding guest we’re in awe of not only the home, but also the views of the mountains. Corinne was also fantastic to deal with.
