"Our flight from Canada was delayed to the point where we arrived about half an hour before check out. We had time for a 3 hour layover before our next flight and the staff made sure we were able to sleep the whole time by providing a late checkout. We truly appreciated it! "

"The room was good and clean. It was hard to get onto the internet. The room does not have a safe. It has a water boiler for tea and nescafe coffee. The bed was good and the shower was good. It is convenient for Heathrow terminal 4."

"Cannot get any closer to airport! Stunning main entrance to the hotel. Rooms were very comfortable, lots of thoughtful touches. Beds were extremely soft and comfy, very good nights sleep! Barely any noice considering you’re at Gatwick. Well air conditioned rooms. Clean corridors. Easy to navigate the hotel. "

"Great value for money airport hotel. Easy and quick to travel to and from LHR terminals using London buses. Although slightly old fashioned, it is perfectly adequate for an overnight stay if flying out early of transferring overnight."
