"DO NOT book this house! I booked this house for Thanksgiving day visiting family. I received confirmation and everything. However till the day of arrival I never received any instruction on checking in. I called multiple times and only got voice mail in spanish. Finally I received a message saying this house was no longer available several hours before checking in! We had to scramble to find hotel rooms for 10 people. It was totally unacceptable!"

"Had I known this property was the bottom level of a resident I would have not stayed here. The host complained about noise my kids were making while playing a games and multiple times he would ask how many guests are there. I had niece and best friend come over twice or so within the week I was there being that I haven’t seen them in 6 years to have drinks and listen to music. We did play music but never had a party and multiple times I was asked if we are having a party. For the amount of money I paid I should be entitled to enjoy my vacation as I please with the respect of the rules which I did. Never again will I stay here. "
