"Was shown 2 rooms, but terrible and smelled even worse, tv was not working, towels are thin and completely worn out. The bed spread had burn holes everywhere, the bathroom was filthy and the pillows were like pancakes. To add insult to injury, I was awoken at 3:30am by a man banging on the door for nearly 20 minutes screaming, I called the desk and there was no answer; the man started banging on the door again and again I called the desk and this time someone picked up, when I asked why is there a stranger banging down the door, the response was “he’s drunk and looking for the women that stood there yesterday” needless to say I had a crappy night at this dump. This place needs to be closed down."

"We have been staying at Five Towns for many years. And usually the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. However today’s shuttle driver must have been angry about something. He drove very fast with sudden stops and starts. The luggage in the back was shifting around terribly. He refused to even open the shuttle doors until exactly at 11:00 am, the time we were supposed to leave. He had a Very surly attitude. Not sure he should be working there."

"I have stayed here a number of three times prior to operations at Northwell Hospital, it’s in a great location wonderful amenities, everyone is so kind. I love Ashley and Jaden at the front desk, Ken who not only does maintenance, but just has a smile on his face. Every time I show up is pure gold., it’s a wonderful hotel to stay at! It’s always clean, housekeeping is so polite and lovely, I’ve never been disappointed!"

"Breakfast was fresh and excellent for the stay. The room was ok. The carpet was a little dirty. The pool was well kept and at a good temperature. Over all we enjoyed the stay and the location is conveniently located to the aquarium and the outlets. "
