“The staff were friendly and the lobby layout was very nice for my personal needs of having a small family gathering. However, the building seemed to require a bit of upkeep from the outside and there were glasses still on the table in the lobby which had been there since the night before. I had guests on Friday evening and the carpet needed a vacuuming unless they do it in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but some TLC was needed.”

“Everything was good there as far as cleanliness, and breakfast was excellent. Parking was great and always available for handicap which we needed and used. One thing, they need a o get the printer fixed be cause I could not print my boarding pass.”

“The overall hotel is very nice but sadly upon my check in they informed me that the ac in all the rooms were not working. Now I can understand stuff happens but to pay $500 a night with no air is crazy. I wasn’t offered a discount or even an accommodation at a sister hotel. I understand that Expedia is a third party but something should have been done but instead they wanted to collect their 500 dollars and have multiple customers complain. Not very happy with that. The least they can do is……
