“breakfast can be better by offering some protein. the many sugars an starches were not healthy. the furniture needs to be overhauled or cleaned (sofas) . there was never anyone at the desk. parking was very good. the room was clean as could be and workable for the price. the staff was friendly and eager to please. I have stayed in this facility many times, and the price fits my pocket. there were no bugs! I will book it again!”

“The room smelled very musty when we arrived and it took a day for the room to cool off and the smell to minimize, The bathroom also had a smell like sulfur which went away after 1 1/2 days. The furniture was old - should be replaced . No coffee pot and breakfast option was very minimal . Good things- bed was very comfortable and shower was very nice - bathtub floor was very slippery- thank goodness for grab bar.”

“Terrible experience. Put us in a room with a TV that didn’t work. I complained and they told me they were full and didn’t have another room but eventually moved that afternoon. We moved and thatTV never streamed correctly either. Ordered some breakfast and it was her first week and she had no idea what she was doing. She was super sweet but hadn’t been trained. Even the coffee was watered down, didn’t even taste like coffee. Terrible experience! We go to Troy every year for Special……
