“They were overbooked we did not get the suite we paid for. So ok they were going to discount the room. No biggie get up stairs settled in for the storm with our meal on the bed since no couch. Still ok. Then turn on the TV had volume but no picture, ok maybe there is a trick will call down. Phone didn't work. We went down and staff was very pleasant but no room to move us. No back up tv, no phone. They did make good with rate but we came to be close to work during a hurricane and was in the room……

“I was traveling solo with my dog, & booked this last minute; I have to say, it was better than I thought it’d be. The staff were receptive, & welcoming, the room was clean enough, & the hot water/water pressure was Exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. It was quiet, not many people even though there was apparently a football game going on that night, & the fact that the rooms open right into the parking lot helped with getting my dog in & out.”
