“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we arrived at the Best Western in Troy, we were impressed. The prices were very affordable, our room was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent—especially the biscuits and gravy! Everything exceeded our expectations. The real standout, however, was the incredible customer service. The housekeeping team had rooms cleaned early so guests could check in sooner, which was such a nice touch. Then we met Miss Mitzy,……

“The staff was great. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Let's say that first. The room was just okay for it to be The Courtyard. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, In the room. That was the second one I was in. The first room the curtains torn, couldn't pull them closed. I've never been to a hotel where I had to pay to park in their parking lot, REALLY. And I've been to this hotel before, and I did not get charged for parking, so i'm still trying to figure out.When did they implement……

“The room itself was acceptable. Nice hot shower. Comfy bed. Property not in best of shape, but worst parts were totally remedied by attentive staff and management if they cared about the guest experience. Only one ice machine was making ice No paper towels in common women’s bathroom The pool was absolutely disgusting. Front desk said it was from recent storm. That may have been the case for the flower petals and floating leaves. Not for the overgrowth of algae on the bottom,……
