“For the most part everything was good, our room did smell very musty though and it was so humid in the room the carpet was damp. It was very late and we were exhausted so we just went on to bed and I did not get a chance to say anything about it the next morning as they had several things the front desk was trying to take care of.”

“The staff was great. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Let's say that first. The room was just okay for it to be The Courtyard. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, In the room. That was the second one I was in. The first room the curtains torn, couldn't pull them closed. I've never been to a hotel where I had to pay to park in their parking lot, REALLY. And I've been to this hotel before, and I did not get charged for parking, so i'm still trying to figure out.When did they implement……

“The room itself was acceptable. Nice hot shower. Comfy bed. Property not in best of shape, but worst parts were totally remedied by attentive staff and management if they cared about the guest experience. Only one ice machine was making ice No paper towels in common women’s bathroom The pool was absolutely disgusting. Front desk said it was from recent storm. That may have been the case for the flower petals and floating leaves. Not for the overgrowth of algae on the bottom,……
