"This is a relatively brand new hotel. So everything is very nice. Breakfast buffet is offered for a price, and dinner is free. There is an on-site hot bath as well. It's about 15-20 minutes both to Gotemba Eki as well as Fuji Speedway by taxi. Would definitely stay again for any Fuji Speedway event."

Hakone Suisen provided the best service I expected. The staff were really kind and friendly, the facility was clean and nice, onsen(both inside and outside) were great, and they even provided simple breakfast!
Onsen is not big as normally depicted in Japanese media(movie/drama) but the water source is outstanding.
Unfortunately, it is difficult to access other restaurants/cafe from the location by public transport, so I HIGHLY recommend you to enjoy your dinner at somewhere else before...

The room was tidy and spacious with the ceiling tall window and the comfortable terrace sofa. The staff and the service was very friendly, approachable yet has a first class detailed hospitality.
