What I noticed was it was more crowded. Instead of an easy access to go to breakfast or dinner , there is a QR code to make breakfast and dinner reservations. It was difficult for me since the QR code was not in English and ai had problems using this format. We didn't try the onsen , but decided on getting a room with an outdoor hot tub. Also when we were leaving, I sent the luggage by QR code only with the help of the reception staff. It should make things easier, but I beg to differ. This hotel has become a little too popular, more people than I would like. The food at the buffet remains the same. Nothing spectacular.
