“Staff was welcoming and friendly. My error not to note that there is no breakfast included in the price. Our room was on the 4th floor and as soon as you got off the elevator is smelled like an institution. When you opened the door to our room it smelled like a nursing home. The bed frames are metal and everyone you turn or get out of bed you hear the bed make noise. Not a problem if there is only one person staying. For the money, I will not be choosing a Candlewood property again.”

“Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than usual. They had extras like milk and yogurt, etc. air conditioning was OK a little loud.”

“I couldn't check in until 3:00 so i guess Choice Rewards has me spoiled because I can check in early there. We got up to our room and it had to be at least 85 degrees if not 90. Room was nice. This is an older hotel that has had a major remodel. I stayed there 35 years ago and the only thing that really showed it was the concrete outside. Faucets don't seem to know if they are running hot or cold water because all the water just seemed warm. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I……

“I don't know were the issue was but I arrived , yes very late in the night 1 am or so, with a confirmed reservation and was turn away. Told there reservation was not in the system and they had no rooms.... very disappointed, I've stayed at this hotel many times and never had any issues....”
