"We have anannual trip out at PK Lake, and each year it's at a different house. This place was the best.........by far! The view, the pool, the huge backyard patio to hangout, ALL OF IT!"

We had a number of things happen that were out of the ordinary and she answered immediately, followed up to make sure things were resolved and that we were happy and enjoying our stay. "We traveled to Graford for a baseball tournament at Rocker B and the location was perfect for that. Two families stayed and the layout worked great for us as well. The home was spacious and open concept, with plenty of bedrooms, clean and located in safe gated community. Unfortunately, the outdoor TV did not work with any remotes found in the house (which was a bummer for the kids). Owner’s communication (regarding a previously discussed situation) and potential charges (later withdrawn and the issue corrected) were less than ideal in an otherwise great weekend."

"My son and I spent the weekend pre-fishing for his high school regional bass tournament. The house was perfect for our needs. I have a 21’ boat with dual axle trailer and was able to back the boat and trailer down the slight hill and into the driveway area. We were able to charge our batteries each night with extension cords to a back porch outlet. Beautiful view of like. Great getaway to PK!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property that is well taken care of. Our kids loved the yard and river when it wasn’t raining. There were tons of beds. There is only a tv in the bunk room. The rest were in the closets. Assuming it was to optimize sleeping space to accommodate more people. The bunk room was perfect for the kids. I wish it was in every Vrbo we stay at! The kitchen was huge and beautiful, but it did lack some basic large bowls and utensils we assumed it would have. There are no spices or condiments available. We loved the double fridge and seating space in the dining room. It was perfect for meals, conversation and games. If we ever go back to the area (Rocker B), we’d stay there again!"
