“we rented the entire house, so 2bath, 3 bedrooms. Positives: plenty of kitchen items between both units. Negatives: front bedroom really noisy with street cars and garbage pu, house very dirty, kitchen floor not mopped as I spilt water drops from cooler unloading and wiped with paper towel and came up dirty. No broom to sweep up crumbs, also why SO MANY dead flies when maid was just there? I picked up (with paper towel) 12 dead flies on floor and they kept appearing , Bathroom set up on front……

Shops, restaurants, and ice cream all walking distance. 6 queen or king beds with comfortable mattresses! Everything up to date, clean, and well stocked. Wonderful long weekend in lovely Grafton!”

“Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here.”

“Breakfast selection was horrible. It wasn't a buffet. It was a regular continental breakfast. The pool room was 98° it was hotter in that area than it was outdoors. The receptionist put me on hold the first time I called and never returned to the call. I called back 9 times to try to check in early. He never answered. When I arrived he had multiple cell phones in front of him on the desk and was talking to multiple people on a personal level. I asked him at the desk why those things happened and……
