I originally booked a two-night stay from August 14th through August 16th, but decided to add an additional night. I became a rewards member during my stay, and the receptionist took my card, processed the payment for the extra night, and had me sign the paperwork. Every morning around 9:30 AM, housekeeping would knock repeatedly and loudly on my door. I was on vacation, so 9:30 AM was pretty early for me. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door, they continued knocking. What made the situation even more frustrating was the morning of my extended stay. Despite having already paid for the additional night, signed the paperwork, and provided my card, housekeeping was banging on my door around 9:30 AM telling me it was checkout time. The front desk then called me twice asking about payment, as if my extension had never been processed. The lack of communication between the front desk and housekeeping was extremely frustrating. I paid to stay an additional night, yet I felt like I was being rushed out of the hotel. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation.

The first room when I entered the bathroom there appeared to be feces in the bathtub. There was no odor and I obviously was not going to touch whatever it was. I did photograph it. I went to the front desk and reported this and they gave me another room.
