You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Stylish apartment in wonderful location. Romanilla

High quality apartment equipped and furnished to the smallest detail. Totally renovated in a building from the 19th century without elevator, it transports us to another era thanks to its hydraulic floors, moldings and original carpentry and furniture.

It consists of 3 double bedrooms (two of them with balcony overlooking the Cathedral), 2 complete bathrooms, and 2 independent living rooms. In addition, it has a kitchen equipped with everything you need to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

From the entrance, you can access the main hall, very bright.
To the right of the entrance we find a room with two single beds and a balcony overlooking the Plaza de la Romanilla and the Cathedral.

If we continue through the gallery, we find the main bathroom and the summer lounge, indoor and cooler for the warmer seasons. Then the second bathroom and the kitchen, equipped to the smallest detail. A second bedroom with a double bed.

Finally we arrive from the living room to the master bedroom en suite, with a double bed and sitting area with sofa and chaise longue.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment

It’s even more stunning than the pictures. We loved this place so much it was hard to leave! Beautifully stylish and luxuriously comfortable. Even the location is great, on a lovely little plaza just behind the cathedral. Cannot recommend highly enough- other than for those who might struggle with 3 flights of stairs to reach it.

Lots of character

Right on Plaza de la Romanilla, just steps from the Cathedral and lots of restaurants. The large apartment was very comfy and had lots of character.

Charming Place in a Great Location, but...

Charming, beautiful apartment, but we weren't told it was a 4-story WALKUP or that there wasn't any parking nearby at all. Had we known this, we would've reconsidered, since we had a rental car and lots of luggage. Additionally, it was COLD and some of the heating was insufficient or not working. Lastly, the water pressure was terrible and taking a shower was a challenge.

Great location and lots of space to spread out

This apartment is located in an excellent area - a stone's throw from the Cathedral and within a 10 minute walk to most sites. The plaza itself is charming and car-free. The apartment is very clean and super spacious. We were able to relax each afternoon and loved hearing the ambient sounds from the plaza when we opened the windows (we couldn't hear any noise while sleeping). Be aware that you cannot throw toilet paper in the toilet. The kitchen was adequate for breakfast but if you plan on cooking, there are no spices, cutting board or towels.

Granada

The location for visiting Granada can not be beat. The check-in agent was helpful and easy to reach but English was minimal. Fortunately my wife is fluent in Spanish. No parking available at site so we reserved parking garage about 15 min away. This was a moderate headache with luggage and then 3 flights of stairs to unit at end of walk (no elevator). Air conditioners and washer machine worked well. Kitchen not very well equipped. Beds are NOT comfortable and really should be upgraded to something reasonably comfortable. Overall very spacious with a lot of space to hang out and a very cool view down onto Plaza Romanilla. Bathrooms and showers are large enough however you are not allowed to flush ANY toilet paper! Final issue is abrasive neighbor downstairs. We were told at check-in not to use washer after 10pm as the neighbor would complain due to the noise. We abided by this without major inconvenience. None the less she was knocking on our door first night complaining we made too much noise walking on the floor at 11pm when you typically return from dinner in Spain. Wife quelled the situation and she did not return the remainder of our stay. Ultimately I would stay there again but not more than 2-3 nights as some of the issues do begin to wear you down.

Best Place Ever!

We visited 5 cities in Spain and hands down, this was the very best place we stayed. The apartment is absolutely beautiful! It is the entire third floor of the building and is located in the most beautiful plaza in Granada. Each room is beautifully decorated and much love has gone into maximizing the beauty of the original architecture . There are lots of fabulous restaurants and great shopping in the immediate area. Elvira was absolutely wonderful. She showed us around the apartment and was easy to reach. She was amazing. We loved her enthusiasm and great energy! This stay was a major highlight of our two week trip.
