"The house was very large. Completely updated. Very cozy, loved that there were board games and things for the kids to do. Host was very easy to communicate with. Only issue we had was low water pressure and not much hot water. Host offered to come check it out and see if she could get it working properly but it wasn't too big of an issue for us so. Downside, no tv's in the bedrooms. Listing was a little confusing as it said one of the 4 bedrooms had 4 queen sizes beds in it. I assumed correctly...

"This was a beautiful place. Easy to find, private, sunset views , and clean home that had everything needed. My family loved watching the water, fireflies and even got to see a deer. Great get away from the big city life. "

It was closely situated near Dinosaur Valley State Park and Fossil Rim which we visited and enjoyed. The stay here also allowed for a discount at Fossil Rim. You will absolutely not go wrong staying at this location."
