“Our room was on the third floor behind the elevator. Surprisingly, the room was quiet when the fan was on so we didn’t hear the elevator much at all. The room was spacious and clean. We had an issue with our room key working on the room door and the pool. But, once we got it re-keyed at the front desk it worked the rest of the time. Apparently, holding the room keys close to your phone deactivates the keys. Maybe in the future they’ll switch to the blue tooth keyless entry like other major……
