Staff was friendly and close to many things. Room smelled like smoke and someone tried to cover it up with men's cologne. I let the front desk know immediately. They offered to move us, but I had already unpacked my car and I didn't want to have move my elderly mother. Unfortunately after that it just went downhill. My mother went to the bathroom area and found cigar ashes on the sink and pulled a towel out to clean them up and the towels were very dirty. Went to pull the bed covers down and the blanket had something on it or a stain, so I called the front desk and they did bring more towels down and a blanket, which I choose not to use as it appeared to have something on it. At least they tried and it was appreciated. Once I finally got ready to turn in for the night and pulled the top sheet down I found what appeared to be men's hair and was left to deal with that. Oh and that wasn't all we had people above us for two night from hell. The first night the person or person's above us must have walked across that floor or danced across that floor a thousand times and for what? It is a hotel room and this went on until one am and the person was back at it at six am. Well the second night we thought we might finally get some sleep as we had to travel that day, but oh know they put a family upstairs and the children screamed, ran back and forth, as well, as the adults, and dropped toys (or something on the floor). This started at approximately 7pm until 10pm and again at 5am.
