Floor and furniture was sticky dirty, the room had a bad smell of moist. The Ac was running but gave an even worse smell. The floor was swollen, a sign of being flooded. We found out car swiped on one side in the morning and they refused to provide footage of surveillance camera. We decided to check out one night early and they refused to reimburse. The railing from the first and second floor was all rotten rusted being a serious hazard. The room was a bio hazard. We had no choice. Avoid at all costs!

We enjoy stopping here on trips through Arizona. Family oriented, rooms are comfy, nice showers, pleasent staff. Air conditioning, iron and board, hair dryer, tv...limited channels, relatively quiet, close to all, freeway, shops.

Management was super helpful. Amenities are minor, but for a cheap motel this is a great option in Flag. Pets are free and welcome which was a huge plus traveling with our fur-family. They had a pool which despite being almost fully booked in the motel, was empty the entire time so my kids enjoyed that. Will return for a quick and cheap night in Flagstaff.

First room we were given: door was jammed, the night front desk had to let us in. She got us in and she left to get back, we looked around and saw that there were previous guest’s trash still in the room, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned, the bedding only had the fitted sheet and another sheet over that, the floors were dirty. We notified the front desk again, she went up to verify it wasn’t clean and moved us to another room, that one was okay. Sunday morning, when I was checking out I notified the front desk that the charge they put on my card was more than the amount that I was told the price would be per Expedia. The front desk was rude, and tried lying saying when I booked the room it didn’t have any amenities. She wasn’t willing to acknowledge Expedia’s price either. I told her, it shows right here that I booked with those prior, it was previously just one day but I changed it in advance to two days. I showed her my receipts from Expedia and the charge they did on my online bank. She said she needs to take pics to show her supervisor, told me to contact Expedia because their charge is wrong. She kept pestering me about calling the company rather than me chatting them and when I told her they were already writing me she continued to tell me it’s easier to just call because I’m not going to get answers from that. I told her please be quiet so I can ask them my questions. She smugly said fine it’s between you and them. Her tone changed when they called her to sort this out.

Room was clean but flooring needed replaced. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful. Facility could use a simple facelift. I’ve stayed here many times over the years. Based off this experience, I’ll most likely stay elsewhere next time. Too pricey for what you get.

Very quiet safe place. I felt at home right away. The room is very nice and clean. The shower, bathroom, sink vanity are all updated and look very nice. Very nice TV, great picture quality. Easy to find parking. The lady that checked me in was very professional. Got this room at a very good price. I will definitely stay here again. I recommend this place for those on a budget who want to feel at home.
