Michele always has been dynamite. This time when I stayed she knew I needed a room close to the door so I could unpack my family properly! Alora was helping me in the evening on where to go eat and super polite. Stacey always knocks it out of the park for me. I work midnights and knew I was flipping my sleep to take my family on a trip and let me know when breakfast was out even a few minutes early. James also did the same thing on my second night with my family. Now the two house keeping ladies Fatima and Sinai fantastic with keeping my room clean and helping me with the garbage I made from all the parcels I picked up in Pembina and needed unboxing. Place is spotless the staff are wiping down tables as people are done ratting breakfast which is amazing to see. Will be staying there again!!! Love the staff there they actually care not like other places I’ve stayed at in Grandforks!!!

Bed was hard as a rock … everything else was excellent. Cleanliness, amenities, helpful staff …
