"The hotel was conveniently located. The staff were personable and attentive. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet even many fire crew members were staying there. A credit to the hotel and the fire crews (a big thank you to t hem for their work). The main inconvenience was that the elevator nearest the lobby was out of order. It appears to be a recurring problem. So, if you're staying upstairs on the lobby end of the hotel. You can use the stairs or take a cart down the end of the hall and use the elevator at the other end. Then walk back the other way to your room. Not the end of the world but worth a mention if it happens frequently."
