“Description on your website says 2 Queen size bed but theyre actually 2 FULL size.”

“I stayed a week a housekeeper came and knocked 1 day out of 7 the room was nice front door frame was broken wouldn't shut all the way, area was safe for the most part quiet. I think it's also an apartment complex.”

“Check in was challenging. First, they could not find my reservation, then could not assign me a room. The first person could not get the computer system to work, so a second person stepped in to help, and finally a third person before they just gave up and gave me another room. All the material says the office is open 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. NOT TRUE. I can't speak to being open to 9:00 pm, but they certainly are not open at 7:00 am. I went to the office at about 8:40 am fully expecting it to……

“The house played host to a number of kids soccer teams, that were incredibly noisy. A phone call to the front desk did no help. Also the elevator was out of service all week, and lm 72 yrs old with a cane and traversing the stairway was difficult.”

“I only stayed one night and overall it was OK, but wow a little TLC in the room would make a HUGE difference. As an avid home-maintenance person, I was shocked at the lack of basic care in the room I had. Sorry but I notice these things. You get what you pay for, and although the room served the purpose, I have a hard time recommending to others.”
