“My experience the first time staying at the resort in 2023 was a far better on than this one. The room had a dusty smell and the bed spread and linens looked old and also smelt dusty. The buffet experience was terrible with one of the cooks, Veronica being quite rude when preparing the stir fry.
There are a lot of stairs so mature and elderly people should be mindful when considering staying at the resort.
The majority of the staff was unhelpful except Gabriel who was a front desk employee……
