"The hotel and location are excellent. We stayed for 3 nights with friends. We included breakfast with our room, which we all felt had a nice variety. The staff was outstanding and extremely kind and helpful. The reason for 4 stars, is I felt our room could have been cleaner for a 5 star hotel. The common areas were immaculate, however the housekeeping for the room service was lacking a bit. We didn't complain, however had it been cleaner, it would have been a 5 star review. The beds are very comfortable, the staff accommodating, and the overall experience was very good."

"This is a great place for the basics. The rooms are very basic and provide a safe, clean place to sleep and go back out and do the tourist thing. I had never stayed in a hotel like this before and it served our needs. They stored our bags for a price, if you needed more towels or toilet tissue they were helpful, but this is a very basic place. I did love that you could not hear the noise of Piccadilly Circus and the room was dark for sleep since there wasn't any windows. Overall it was a good stay."

"Great Hotel for service but the room was way too small. There was only 18 in bweteeen the bed and the tv. My wife and I hit our toes and knees when walking in the room. A $500+ room should be bigger."

"Helpful staff. One downside was that the larger trash cans on room floors was by the elevator. Each morning when we left residents had left take-out containers from the night before in the trash near the elevators and caused a bad smell."

"Very quiet for the city centre. Staff were all lovely, and knowledgeable. One issue... The pillows are feathers, and none available for swaps if feathers or the height doesn't suit you. I get they are environmentally better, but not great for wheezers. But having a handful of other pillows would help. I opted for a clean bath towel in a clean pillow case. Sorted. But it was clean, everything worked and quiet."
