There is plenty of space for family and friends on the fully screened porch or open deck. Listen to the sounds of the Harbour while sipping your morning coffee or grab a cocktail and enjoy the most beautiful sunset on Guana Cay.
Upon check-in, guests will be required to sign acknowledgement of the following house rules and provide a credit card to cover any damages:
- The property is clean upon your arrival. If left in an unacceptable condition, additional cleaning charges may apply.
- This is a non-smoking property. A minimum $500.00 cleaning fee will apply.
- Occupancy levels will be strictly enforced. Additional guests will be charged $150 per night per person.
- Management reserves the right to charge the guest credit card for damages.
- Parking is provided for two golf carts per property only
- No parties and no pets
- Management/owner assumes no liability for guest injury
