"Very helpful staff, very good food indeed for dinner in the restaurant.
Their 17th Century main building is very interesting. They have a large car park . At night there is no road traffic noise.
The bedroom heating and the electric bathroom towel rail didn't respond to the controls so both rooms were cold.
The ceiling lighting was very inadequate and the bed's mattress felt cheap,
Despite the issues I would stay here again."

"Stayed here while attending an appointment at Papworth Hospital and had a great experience.
The hotel was excellent value for money, in a peaceful location, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well presented.
The staff were lovely, and having a bar and restaurant on site was a real bonus. We ordered drinks and dessert, both of which were delicious.
I would happily stay here again if the price is right."

Wonderful, tastefully updated property. No detail has been overlooked. Host is very friendly, although a bit too much though. He was very kind, but some people just prefer to be left alone.

Clean property and very pleasant staff. We paid for the breakfast but didn’t have an opportunity to use it due to our schedule. Loved the heated towel rack in the bathroom.

The quaint historic room was comfortable and with an en- suite and soaking tub.
The restaurant was like a high level restaurant with an extensive menu. I had the Rogan Josh curry which was amazing. The potato soup was the BEST I have EVER had!!
Our breakfast was very good too. Full English with local sausage.
The staff were very attentive and pleasant.
It was so peaceful and quiet. Worth being a little bit out of town. So relaxing.

Excellent modern property. Not real easy to get to reception area if you’re driving. A bit confusing when you pull up and it’s a busy corner to be confused.

Check in was a breeze. Room was immaculately clean. Double bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were very attentive. Breakfast offerings were about average for a hotel. Dining menu was limited, but presented well. Dining staff was shorthanded as all restaurants or hotels seem to be these days, but were very attentive to requests. I saw a lot of mixed reviews online... but people need to consider this hotel JUST opened! And, it's opened in an up and coming University neighbourhood... not all the apartments in the area are full yet, and people are still not traveling as much as they used to.
So for me, this place was perfect as I was simply traveling through, I was able to find a parking spot easily over night, and the hotel and surrounding area supplied everything I needed.
