“We had a nice stay overall. The unit was very clean, bright, and in a great location with plenty of restaurants and brunch spots within walking distance. “While the apartment was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was horrendous. Prior to booking, I messaged the host about a 4:00 pm check-in due to an event my family needed to attend at 5:00.
