"Unit was equipped with a small kitchenette- but great breakfast was served in common area on first floor, including egg/potato sausage and biscuits and gravy. Fruit cereal and juices available, in addition to coffee. Staff worked hard to make sure things were well stocked. The room was comfortable and shower was good!"

"Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again."

The check-in process was easy with the provided gate and door codes. The apartment itself has a great kitchen with dishes, mixing bowls, etc. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. If you are sensitive to light for sleeping, maybe bring a sleep mask as it is pretty bright with after lights and/or early morning sun. Otherwise, no...
