During a spring thaw the ice started to break up on the Detroit river. The river has a strong current which caused this pile up as the pieces started to shift. I liked the sun on the ice, the texture of the ice and the reflections.

"This was a very lovely home, in a very convenient location. We were a family group of 7, and were all accommodated very comfortably. The house was recently renovated and very nicely furnished - definitely a warm and welcoming environment.
