Staff was very nice and hotel was very clean. They really stressed their "no smoking in room" policy and the rooms smelled clean and fresh.

I asked the clerk where the elevator was and she said they didn't have one. I made a comment about how I had asked for a ground floor room but oh well. She immediately stopped me and said the reservation didn't say that but she would check and see if they had one available. They did and she very happily moved us to a...
