"The hotel located right beside the river, it has a great view of the mountains and river from the room. The staffs are super helpful and friendly. They speak both Mandarin and English. Highly recommend to rent a electric scooter(just right beside the hotel, and the staff will help you to get a good deal), it’s really difficult to find a car at night time around that area."

"We have mixed views on this Banyan Tree Property. The room and the grounds were lovely and very well maintained, including things for kids to do, however there were some key details lacking which means this property falls short of the standards we expect from Banyan Tree. Firstly the service was quite frosty and not as attentive as it could have been, I know there was a language barrier, but it doesn’t account for everything. Please note I would not put our butler in this category - Teresa was absolutely fantastic and a testament to the hotel. Nothing was too much effort for her and she made our stay very enjoyable. Secondly, the breakfast was very average in terms of quality of food and service. I would expect much better from a five star property. Finally, there was a terrible paint fumes smell at the swimming pool on the final day of our stay. Other guests also commented on this."

Equipped with soft bedding, great sound insulation and modern facilities, they deliver outstanding comfort and total privacy for a restful stay. The service is absolutely exceptional. The staff are warm, attentive and professional, providing thoughtful home-style hospitality all day long. They handle every detail perfectly without being intrusive, bringing a cozy homely vibe that attracts countless global travelers. The rooftop terrace is the biggest highlight, offering breathtaking panoramic mountain views.
