NEWLY RENOVATED 3/2 Beachfront Condo on 12th Floor with Parking Garage Access!

Phoenix 6 Unit #1203..*****Professionally remodeled in late 2024/early 2025 so everything looks and feels brand new!! This 3 bedroom unit on the 12th floor has new ceramic tile floors throughout and the entire unit has been repainted and all trim has been replaced. You will love this beautiful property!
This unit also features a relaxing living area with free Wifi and a high definition smart tv for your enjoyment! Plus, there are two recliners to relax in while watching television! We also have two sofas, so there is ample seating for everyone! One of the sofas has a queen sofa sleeper!

The kitchen has been updated with white cabinets and new fixtures. There is a tile back splash, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances as well! It is also generously furnished with enough dishes and flatware. Three stools are placed at the breakfast bar for quick snacking. And, an added feature...a Keurig Coffee Maker!
ALL bedrooms have Sealy hybrid sleep systems, smart televisions and new black out curtains. We've also added new quiet ceiling fans and light fixtures!

The master bedroom is host to a king-sized bed and Smart television for your enjoyment! The adjoining master bathroom has also been remodeled with new cabinetry and a beautiful new tiled walk-in shower. A new built-in cabinet and shelving unit has been added to the bathroom area to enhance your convenience. This will be a perfect spot to put make-up on before heading out to dinner!

The second bedroom hosts two full-sized beds with Sealy hybrid mattress sets! The third bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed and brand new bedroom furniture! Both guest bedrooms feature Smart TV's for your family's enjoyment. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo to provide ultimate getting-ready space, which will definitely come in handy when preparing for a night out at one of the many amazing restaurants that the Alabama Gulf Coast has to offer.

A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay (*for reservations before 1/1/26*)! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)

We enjoyed our stay. Lots of memories made and it was nice and clean. Trash shoot was close and we enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the waves.

Great place to stay

We were all very impressed with the size, the decor, and the location. The view was great and the off-set balconies on this building helped with a feeling of privacy, which was very nice & unexpected. The beach is beautiful and rental chair option much appreciated. The pool was a little colder than expected, given we weren't there in the heat of summer. Overall, this condo was very nice and one we will consider renting again, for sure. It was also nice to be able to rent for 6 days instead of forced to rent by the week and have our rental start on a Wednesday. That was perfect for our needs.

This unit was clean, comfortable, and beautiful! It was stocked well with the basic necessities and allowed for a very comfortable stay! The amenities were very nice and beach access was ideal. The only complaint/concern we had was with the refrigerator. I read the comments before deciding to stay here and there were multiple regarding the temperature of the refrigerator. We did not contact maintenance simply because we did not have many real perishables. Our stay was long enough that by the third day, we had finally reached peak coldness, somewhat. So just be aware before booking that you will need an alternative cooling source for a day or two if you have cold items to store.

Great Getaway!

We had a great stay in this condo! It had everything we needed for cooking, laundering beach towels, and lounging around. It had comfortable couches and chairs in the living space and a comfortable bed. The views are incredible! Other than needing a dusting of some lamps, and fixtures, our stay was pretty perfect. We used the indoor and outdoor pools and racquetball court. We also enjoyed taking advantage of beach service.

My family takes a mini trip to the beach every summer before school. I have to tell you, this one made it to the top of our list! It was perfect. I can’t say anything negative about this condo!!! We would love to stay here again and again!!

We had a relaxing stay in this beautiful condo! It is located directly on the beach. There is plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. It is also close to the marina if you go fishing.

Orange beach vaca 2025

We loved the unit, ease of parking garage access, number of quick access elevators, outside beach and pool areas. More hotels and condos with beach access should have the walkway strips leading out to the beach. It made rolling a cart full of beach items so much easier to pull. Thank you for a lovely stay in your beautiful well stocked condo unit. We hope to visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Orange Beach! The room was beautiful—modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. It was also very well stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. Everything was up to date and clearly well-maintained. Love Phoenix properties

This was our second time to Perdido Key and staying in a Phoenix property. It did not disappoint. Perfect location for activities and restaurants. Property management wonderful to work with and very responsive to our questions. This condo was perfect for us. My husband and I in the master with daughters and grandkids in the other two bedrooms. Perfectly quiet, and separate. Allowed us a few moments away from the family noise. Condo was clean and exactly as it shows in pictures. No issues and nothing needed when we got there. Looking forward to our next trip to Alabama. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Christmas vacation!!

Great place to stay. Would recommend it to anyone. No problems with condo area but some places didn't allow a 17 year old in the building after 6pm.
