Hotel is dated and room was small. Remodeling attempts had a few shortcomings. TV remote did not work, so we had to put a shirt over the screen because we couldn't turn it off. But the beds were comfortable, the room was quiet, and the shower worked. That's all I needed.

Clean room there was no air conditioner .

Not familiar with aeea or food choices Hotel had nice view, rooms were well done, pool for kids and place to eat ( higher end) but much needed with nothing open in Escanaba ( entire downtown closed roads). Some cell service is limited in surrounding area.

The property is in the middle of massive renovation. We had 2 rooms there. One room had a bathroom door which would not close. The other room you could see daylight under the exterior door because of a big air gap. The room itself was very nice other than that. There was nice art on the wall, a rain shower, clean. The pool had loose tiles lying on the bottom, the hot tub was drained and it was obvious there was construction going on in there. The carpets were extremely worn along the walkways. It will be a beautiful property when they get it done, just be aware that right now it is in need of many renovations yet. There was no mention of this in their ad. It made it seem like it was a brand new resort and fancy.
