“Room was clean. Staff was helpful when asked questions and excellent courtesy. Was happy to see the small appliances in the room. Was able to access the satellite service suitor issue.”

“The property was generally clean and inviting. The staff texted daily to check in although they didn’t respond to my text response. Why do hotels claim to be great but then try to get by with cheap, crappy pillows? Same here. Not impressed with pillows however the towels were nice. There was only one trash can in our room which was bad. We had to bag all trash is a separate bag and leave on floor. Also we were charged a $4 service charge on top of breakfast for ordering breakfast (not room……

“After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed.
