“The property is in the heart of downtown Montreal, close to major tourist attractions, and the metro/subway is just a few blocks away. The apartment could use some TLC — the bathrooms weren’t very clean, the washing machine door was broken, and the kitchen water pressure was very low. The parking spot is also quite small, so it won’t work for larger vehicles. On the plus side, the owner was super friendly and accommodating.”

“The apartment was spotless and beautiful! Our family of four had a wonderful week! Comfy beds, kitchen fully equipped. Location is great, easy walk to lots of restaurants and very close to Metro stop to go further afield. Vlad was very responsive to our questions and a very gracious host who goes the extra mile! We hope to return in the future!!”

“We enjoyed our recent stay in the heart of Montreal! We were within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, the art museum and McGill university. As other reviewers mentioned, the apartment is a walk-up with many stairs. The building is older but the apartment was beautifully renovated and modern. David the owner was very responsive and helpful. Check in was seamless and easy. Highly recommend this property! ”

“We loved the place and it suited our needs exactly. right downtown, and we walked everywhere. David was a perfect host, and we had an issue or two that were immediately resolved. The place was comfortable and great. “A couple girlfriends and I last minute decided to drive up to MTL from Boston for the new year. David’s place was available and absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Bedrooms were spacious, bathroom was clean, living area was big and comfortable with the open kitchen and the back porch was a huge hit even in the winter. We were walking distance from everything we wanted to see and just steps away from the hustle and bustle of St. Catherine’s. David was super responsive and helpful……
