"This was a charming little place very close to the river, restaurants and shopping and just a short walk to the subway. Check-in was easy, staff was nice and the rooms were well-designed, cozy and clean. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely return. "

"It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the “windows” were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet. "

"Exceptional hotel room with spotless bathroom. Extra room to relax and enjoy Kyoto. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of options for everyone. The bar was beautiful and well stocked.
I had my luggage sent forward to my next stay at a Hilton In Tokyo and it was worth every penny. "
"We had an incredible stay at the Cross Hotel Kyoto. We had the Deluxe Corner King Room which was very spacious and had a wonderful view across the valley. Location was great, breakfast was delicious (lots of options), and the hotel was great. "
