“We got there before normal check in and had to wait as they inspected the room. They said it was ready but didn’t they didn’t discover most of the lights didn’t work, tge room clock didn’t work or the power outlets around the bed didn’t work. When I reported the problem they made us sit in the lobby for an hour to report they couldn’t fix it and had no other room nor even discount the price because of the inconvenience. We were only there a few nights so tolerated the lumpy bed,……

“Save yourself the headache. Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed was that the outdoor pool was never opened for the season (it was mid August). The check-in was not welcoming—dark, no lounge or amenities and had an unidentifiable offensive odor. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our luggage upstairs. (Later, the elevator did work again.) The linens were clean but the room was substandard. The bathroom fixtures were corroded, carpet needed a good cleaning, small balcony was old……

“The house was beyond beautiful and vlean as ckean could be. Every utensil.or pot you could imagine all in great or new condition. Plenty of room. Amazing views of the lake both inside and out. One of the best hostesses Ive ever dealt with will be goung back”
