"The rooms are definitely older. The bathroom is out of date and looks cringing around the bathtub especially the fan in the bathroom was really loud and quiet hours were not enforced. Staff was polite and helpful. The shuttle to the airport is a big reason why I stayed there and will stay there again."

"Staff was polite, no issue there. The property needs some major TLC. You can tell it hasn’t been kept up with from the outside to the rooms. The headboard in my room had stains, the walls had stains.. the bathroom had gross stuff in the corners. My bed had weird black debris on it also hair and stains on the pillow cases and sheets.. beds were hard as a rock! Paying for parking there is a rip off, it should be free. Not $20 a night.. I can see why it was $100 a night when we booked. Will not be returning. Also the pictures on here are misleading its not that nice and clean looking."

"This property has seen better days. - The "waterpark" was closed every day but 1. - The shuttle driver tried to rush us out of parks on 2 days, and didnt show up on the 3rd day. - the restaurant and bar were not open. Everything has lost it's shine.... lota of potential, but that pitential has been lost to deferred maintenance. "

"Ok, place. Close to the airport. Had some construction going on a their stairs were closed. Also had an odd scent in the place."

"My stay at Rosen Shingle Creek was okay overall, but the arrival experience left me a bit disappointed. The hotel was hosting several proms the day I checked in, and some of the prom guests and their parents were extremely loud and often blocking common areas. While trying to take my luggage upstairs, a group was taking photos inside the elevator, which made it difficult to get through. There was also an argument happening in the 15‑minute parking area over parking spaces, which added to the chaotic first impression. The good news is that by the next day, everything settled down and the atmosphere returned to normal. Once the crowds cleared, the hotel felt much more like the calm, well‑run property I expected."
