“Sadly this was the poorest service of any vacation rental I've stayed in. There was no toilet paper, no hand soap, no hand towels, and the internet didn't work. We had to leave the rental early because of the historic floods in the area -- there are only two roads to the condo and one of them was already impassable due to the floods. The other road had moving water nearly up to our headlights too in several places. Not only did the host not reach out to check on us during the natural disaster,……

“The condo was immaculate. The bed was amazing. Appliances brand new and high tech, had to Google how to use them. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean. Grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful great place to stay on the grounds of turtle bay this is a wonderful option! Exceeded expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer.”

“Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. We had friends staying in units in the same community and their units had been updated and were clean. I would not recommend this condo for……
