“The property is NOT AT ALL what it looks like from photos. The building is old and kind of “ghetto”. The parking area was very poor and we ended up parking in the mud as the grass was all torn up. The host communicated with us but we decided not to stay and went to a local hotel instead as the property was THAT BAD! There was something running down the wall in the bathroom. The host said they would have come to clean it up the 2nd day of the stay had we communicated it to them. In my opinion it……

“Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. ”
