“the rooms were comfortable but dated. The Bistro was very understaffed and understocked in the bar area out of Chardonay the first night and was not restocked the next night. At breakfast there was one lady taking orders and running the cash register and was cooking the food. Needed at least two people working it.”

“Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay!”

“The room was okay. The beds are lumpy and too soft. The bathroom wasn’t very clean. The toilet seat was loose and not very clean. The floors were dirty. It took awhile for the A/C to kick in. The parking was great. Easy access right in front of our room. Overall, we felt safe. Not bad for one night. We paid for 2 nights and left early. You get what you pay for. It was slim pickings due to the Wild Cats annual celebration. We were fortunate to find a room not charging over $400 a night.”

“Always the best stay! Our number one choice when visiting our daughter at Chico State!”

“Check in was easy the room was nice and comfortable. the food in the restaurant was excellent. we will be back later this week”

“No spa. Pet friendly. ”

“Front desk very professional.”

“Transients break into the rooms all the time because the room i got someone took a shower left the rag used. Coffee pot was used. And the bed the sheets were dirty. The bathroom is how they would get in. I hope they upgrade”
