“Great location if you have an event at Spooky Nook.House was clean and some updates (paint, flooring, washer/dryer). It is old, very musty smelling. We found spiders, big beetles, smashed spider on the blind in the bedroom. Dead beetle in the crock pot!!One dish towel which we went and bought a 3pk and left there for the next guest. The 2 loveseats in the LR have no legs on them so basically sitting on the floor. Bedrooms are all upstairs (very steep). Larger bdrm has a broken couch. One...
