“The air con wasn't working, and I approached the staff and was told that they can't do anything. No staff was available to even look at the reason why the air con wasn't working. It could have simply been a tripped circuit breaker, but no one was even available to check. I had driven the whole day and was extremely tired by the time I reached the property and could not sleep the whole night. I woke up terribly tired after whatever sleep I could get during the night. “On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave……
