Overall great place… have stayed there a number of times. But the last time was disappointing…I ordered room service at 9:20 pm and never got it delivered. Much less than i would expect even from a one star hotel let alone a hotel of this calibre

This hotel was outstanding, and the staff seemed happy to go above and beyond to be helpful! The breakfast was amazing (best mushroom toast in my life), the room clean and well designed, the bed comfortable, the shower powerful, and the location was convenient and safe. Room 610 was quiet and perfect. Room 1010 had an odd high-pitched sound occasionally that was a bit bothersome. It’s a little high in price, but still a lovely hotel.

This is our fourth time @ this hotel. It has great people & a great breakfast. When we arrive it like coming home. We love the mall access and African Art & Craft shops nearby. We love having lunch and dinner also@ Southern Sun.

Its a lovely hotel and the location is great. Just feel the some updating in the rooms is required in terms of the drawers and cupboards being chipped or broken, all lights not working. Other than that great hotel.

Spent 4 nights in the hotel, 3 issues faced for a 5star hotel, internet was weak, tv had no Netflix or amazon prime application, they refused to bring a microwave to my suite as well as refused to warm my meals unless it was purchased from their restaurant lol.
