"Pros: The propertiy it's self was very beautiful, having a view of the bridge and water from our room made it almost magical. The help served with smiles and polietness. Our room was grand, in keeping with the period of time it represented. We ate in your resturant mulitple times and the food was always flavorful. Cons: We were dismayed at having to pay extra for hotel parking. I expected the Lobby to be somewhat grander looking, a couple of large vases with fresh flowers, an offering of a small glass of Champane etc. Very disappoined in the quality of the toilet paper/ tissues. Toilet updated to high rise for us Senior Citizens would have been grand! Overall, still pleased. Would recomend. Thank you. "

"We came here after bad experiences at two other hotels. This will be our "go to" in the future."

"We stayed at hotel Crosby the night of our wedding. They are very accommodating with us dropping a vehicle off early before the wedding started so we had one in the morning. They’re very nice. Hotel was great. I didn’t book early enough so we did have a room with two queens, which was okay. Room was very clean."
