“Staff at check-in was awesome! Next day shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor making it very wet & slippery. I asked the front desk the for towels & she said we could only have 2. It was not enough to clean up the mess. Called for more towels & explained the situation, she said so you can only have 2 towels No More. Very rude about it & never offered to help clean up the mess with a mop & bucket then instead. Not impressed. Not good customer service. ”

“If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel then you might want to keep looking. If you’re looking for an economical option this might just be what you’re looking for. Our highlights: for once we found a place with great breakfast options. The pool and hot tub area was very practical with changing and restrooms available. The mattress we had here was better than in some more expensive hotels that we’ve been to. The building having been renovated, expect some reno imperfections in your room which……

“The bed is basically a cot. it rocks back and forth and clangs on a flimsy piece of sheet metal that is meant to cover the fact that the frame is a cot with springs. pay the extra 10 dollars to go across the street”

“Pool area is small and enclosed, the chlorine was intense, I had to step out twice while my kids were swimming because my eyes were burning. Our room did not have enough towels, I called the front desk to ask for more, they were kind of rude about it and I had to leave my kids in the room and go to the front desk to get more even though two people were at the front desk, and they were just standing talking to each other. Other than that it was good, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast……

“The room was very clean, but there was black mold around the water spout in the tub. The existing caulk just needed to be redone. The TV did not work because the receiver box was plugged into the wall behind the TV stand so we had to move furniture in order for the remote to communicate to the box. The volume did not work so anything we watched was blaring loud. The continental breakfast consisted of cereal only, so we ended up having to find somewhere for breakfast. The lady at the front……
