"There was issue with sink and it was not draining and no one addressed it"

"The first night we were here there was a dog barking in the next room over,the tv listing only showed the limited channels available and not a guide to view the tv shows which seemed like an old cable channel set up. The first night there what sounded like people roller skating above us which lasted until when I last checked the clock was 11:00. The breakfast which listed waffles did not have them until I checked out on Saturday morning and they were pre made little squares with only whipped cream topping ( which was not in a cooling or ice container to keep it food safe of under 41 degree) Limited choice of food . I was booked to stay here until March 2nd but I decided that when I saw that Residence Inn by Marriott was around the corner I checked out on Saturday morning.February 28th and parking was limited and at the back of the parking lot was barely lit and that was where I had to park during my limited stay there. Terrible experience and I booked through Expedia so I can’t get my remaining 2 nights that I paid for the stay at the Hyatt but I was willing to give up that loss at this point. I booked through Expedia to stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott . "

"Not a fancy hotel but very clean, comfortable, and updated while being very reasonable price-wise. "

"In my notes upon reservation I requested a room away from loud areas, i have trouble sleeping and the person i stayed with had a 2 hour drive to work at 4 am and we were roomed above bar , the bar in the lobby outside my room with open walls. Bar was closed but was loud filled with guest until far after midnight, i could understand while bars open but there was no rules or anything that were outside those hours as other guests are staying over. I did call and request if they had other rooms available as I understand its not their fault for guests enjoying the space but they only had a room 4 down which was in the same area, they did offer complimentary breakfast for the trouble which was a nice gesture and breakfast staff was incredibly nice and helpful both days i had breakfast there. The front desk staff was very nice in personality, the next day i was able to be moved down the hall on the third floor this time which was alot better in terms of sound but the room smelled like cigarettes and wasent non smoking like the other room. I have asthma so this bothered it while staying in it i woke up with a sore throat. I assumed because they were booked the night before that they didnt have room and didnt wanna change again. Although breakfast was a nice gesture for the issue i dont feel was adequate for the equivalent issue of not being able ti get sleep vs another stay would have been proper for the night n sleep being compromised but he did not sleep well at all either. "

"No one to help carry luggage to the room. No room service. Restaurant and bar area very dirty behind the bar. Looks like they never clean the glass doors and shelf’s. Cleaning device eas disappointing. Never gave clean glasses and did not take dirty towels away. Not a very pleasant experience. "

"Great stay- great location. Firm beds which is my favorite kind. Fridge stopped working but they replaced quickly. "

"Wife and daughter were covered in bed bug bites.Horrible experience."
