“Overall, property was good. However, it is not a corner unit, has very small peak of ocean, and has very little to no noise proofing from upstairs unit. You can hear everything from upstairs unit- as if why are in your unit! Property management was nice and responsive and offered to place us in alternative unit with no ocean view and overlooking a parking lot at a reduced rate. “We stayed here for 5 nights for our son's college graduation in Boston, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is located in Hull, and traveling into Boston was a complete breeze thanks to the nearby ferry it made it a truly seamless travel. The home itself felt like a 5-star hotel; it was incredibly spacious, SPOTLESSLY clean, and the beds were excellent. We loved the beautiful lighting and lamps everywhere, and the proximity to the beach, local restaurants, and stores was fantastic. The host……

“This was a great place to use as our home base for a family wedding. (We were all adults.) It is close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Todd and Bobbi were excellent hosts who reached out frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. As a heads up, it is a little bit of a walk to the T, but that distance was noted in the description and is totally manageable. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!”
