“The property especially the outside area could use some TLC. the trash location in the parking lot was constantly over flowing with soooo many trash bags piled up and falling apart with loose trash all over the ground. Also, the perimeter of the property had cigarette butts and trash all in the mulch. I didn’t like how they let heroin junkies live there with his dog. Always outside smoking cigarettes. Just a bad look. Unfortunately we won’t be staying there again. ”

“Walkable to beach and restaurants! Safe neighborhood! Comfortable with all the necessities. Only thing to be mindful of is that there are a fair amount of stairs to access the property but I believe there is a second apartment downstairs with fewer stairs that you can rent.”

“Overall, property was good. However, it is not a corner unit, has very small peak of ocean, and has very little to no noise proofing from upstairs unit. You can hear everything from upstairs unit- as if why are in your unit! Property management was nice and responsive and offered to place us in alternative unit with no ocean view and overlooking a parking lot at a reduced rate. “If you need a place that let's you bring your dog this is it. Great location near parks with easy access to anything you want to do in Boston. However be ready for lots of noise from the upstairs. They have big dogs and little kids so they are a typical energetic young family, but it makes for not a quiet retreat. Also the fridge didn't work, after we ruined all of our food, the manager told us the next day we had to flip a breaker. There isn't a sleeper sofa or futon, just a twin bed in the 2nd...
