“Our first impression was a porch that needed work, and an entrance door that needed to be replaced. The property could have been better cared for. The room was clean, and the amenities were sufficient. Contact with the host was good, although we did not receive any instructions until we got there. The neighborhood itself was once very nice, but has certainly degenerated over time; we did not feel completely comfortable as there was much police activity in the area including a knock on our door……

“The owner is very responsive to any questions you may have, normally in just a few minutes, sometimes even quicker. The rooms we have were very clean and modern. She provided us with almost everything you can think of. You just feel at home. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a lower queen bed and an upper full bed and with a bathroom built in. The other bedroom has the same number of beds but no bathroom. But there’s bathroom outside the bedroom. The beds are very……

“Place matched the pictures. I would stay again. Kitchen was nice, lots of bedding and space for all.”

“Walkable to beach and restaurants! Safe neighborhood! Comfortable with all the necessities. Only thing to be mindful of is that there are a fair amount of stairs to access the property but I believe there is a second apartment downstairs with fewer stairs that you can rent.”

“We stayed here for 5 nights for our son's college graduation in Boston, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is located in Hull, and traveling into Boston was a complete breeze thanks to the nearby ferry it made it a truly seamless travel. The home itself felt like a 5-star hotel; it was incredibly spacious, SPOTLESSLY clean, and the beds were excellent. We loved the beautiful lighting and lamps everywhere, and the proximity to the beach, local restaurants, and stores was fantastic. The host……

“Overall, property was good. However, it is not a corner unit, has very small peak of ocean, and has very little to no noise proofing from upstairs unit. You can hear everything from upstairs unit- as if why are in your unit! Property management was nice and responsive and offered to place us in alternative unit with no ocean view and overlooking a parking lot at a reduced rate. While a nice gesture, it wasn’t what we were looking for in a rental at the ocean. Street noise was a problem on……
