While convenient in it's proximity to The Meadows for an event and I definitely appreciate that...the bed coverings were dirty/had holes, the mattress was stained from what I could see at the end... the door had to be pushed open forcefully because it jammed every time... the refrigerator had a cardboard shelf in it. Definitely lacking a lot but we chalked it up to an adventure since we were only staying one night. Easy check in / check out process. Plenty of space for parking and McDonald's right next door is convenient as well.

I don't ask for much, especially when the value/price for a room is good. But this place smelled bad, was worn down, and they were actively working to replace flooring on the second level while I was there, and workers kept throwing trash and old carpet over the balcony, I was almost hit in the head a few times. This place is a hub for crime as well. Very interesting experience. Sketchy characters walking around and homeless sleeping on the grounds. Good times!

This hotel is perfect for a horror movie. The disgusting patched holes, or holes that weren't patched. The soggy carpet. The smell of death. The broken handles that lock you in the room. The generations of bugs that live there. The broken down, faded, chipped furniture. Yes, feel like I'm lucky to have escaped with my life.

The rooms aren't soundproof, so you can hear noise from outside. Maintenance is very poor; the exterior is dirty, and people make noise and smoke late into the night. You get what you pay for; there are definitely better options.

The room definitely needed to be updated. paint peeling on walls. holes in the wall that were terribly patched. After my shower, I walked to my bed barefooted and chilled eating my dinner when I noticed my feet were black covered in dirt. gross I had to wash them again and put something on my feet b4 walking on carpet. When I checked in the manager was giving a guy a hard time because the guy was complaining that his room had semen all over the sheets so I slept on top of the covers.
