“Very clean room, great amenities. Definitely stay here again”

“Very convenient location. Right next to the Farringdon Station. You could hear a bit of the trains but it was not noisy at all. Plenty of restaurants and grocery shops near by. This was the second time we stayed at a master apartment. This time we experienced a bit hiccup with the electrical appliances ( washing machine and toaster). Communication with the CS team was courteous though would take a bit time to reach the ends. We would recommend this property.”

“Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones. We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,……

The biggest problem by far was the temperature in the room. It was around 28–30°C outside, but the room reached 31.5°C. “The property is located in the city of London near some neat businesses, good restaurants and the underground. The property management company made check-in and access to the apartment a breeze. However, the property is located above a pub and across the street from a pub. Despite triple paned windows, the noise was a bit much on a couple of evenings. While the inside of the apartment was clean, there were a few issues that should be resolved. The shower surround needs to be replaced so that……
