“Last minute booking made at 8pm by 11.30pm was at the property and no lockbox enaul had been forwarded so could not get into the property. Had to find alternative accomodation as could not waitcany longer for the info as no indication my issue was being addressed. Finally received the lockbox email at 12 30am 4.5hrs after the booking. Would not advise last minute/evening bookings for this venue.”

“The property is small and cozy as described, facilities are tidy and clean. We couldn’t receive the check-in instructions until we call at check-in time, the problem is solved quickly. A reminder that the toilet door is a reused old front door, that means when you lock it, you should lift the handle up first and then turn the button. The shower door needs a bit hard push to lock and avoid water came out. Overall is satisfactory! If a mirror added inside door the wardrobe, it would be……

“I and my family had an amazing stay in the apartment. The apartment is very clean, Host was very welcoming, amenities were wonderful, communication was very effective and efficient. Even when I reported an item that was accidentally broken by my husband, the host took it simply and was more concerned that my husband was not hurt by the incident. She is such an amazing person. I will definitely use the apartment again whenever am around and I highly recommend it to any customer looking for a……
