“The room was not properly cleaned and had cobwebs everywhere, including on the ceiling. It was bad enough that I had to personally clean the dust and cobwebs off the bed's headboard just to feel comfortable.”

“Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended.”

“Our room was perfect and the staff were so accommodating to get our room ready early so we could get ready for a wedding. Breakfast was lovely!
Our only issue was a knocking in the wall of our room which kept us awake. Raised it with staff on the way out and they were so apologetic.”
